We collect no personal information about you or your computer if you simply visit our website and any information submitted on a form is treated with strict confidentiality. We do not sell clients names or personal details and we do not sell email addresses. All information is kept and backed up on secure password protected hard drives with no hard copies being in existence. No personal information is kept on the website which merely forwards the forms. We will amend erroneous information at your request and will provide a copy of all information held by us at your written request. Once the claim or the enquiry is completed we delete all information and the only record that will remain is that held by the employment law solicitors who are obliged to keep all information for a number of years.


Time Limits

There are time limits within which Employment Tribunal proceedings must be commenced. Some of these time limits are as short as three months. Limitation matters are complex legal issues and you should never delay taking professional qualified legal advice. If you are in any doubt regarding the time for starting legal action you should urgently consult a solicitor.
